JHSPH Open provides 110 courses in Health and Medical areas, such as adolescent health, aging, behavior, occupational health, biostatistics, cancer, chronic diseases, public health, health policy, HIV, infectious disease, injury prevention, malaria, maternal health, nutrition, and mental health.
The MERLOT Collection is made up of over 40,000 materials in 19 different material type categories and growing.
MIT OpenCourseWare features the materials from 2,015 MIT courses. Many courses provide video lectures and actual recordings of MIT classrooms.

Open Course Library (OCL) offers collections of course materials that cost $30 or less for our 81 highest enrolled courses. OCL leverages open educational resources (OER) that can be used, adapted and shared for free as well as low-cost publisher materials.
Open Education Consortium is NOT a content provider. Instead, they search available open educational materials and provide the links. It is probably the most comprehensive and accurate OER search engine out there. They are currently tracking 25,083 courses from 79 content providers
Through the embedded assessments in every instructional activity, Open Learning Initiative (OLI) courses collect student activity data. The data makes possible corrections, suggestions, and cues that are tailored to the individual students’ current performance.
Open Yale Courses features the video lectures of 42 renowned courses that are being taught at Yale. Each course includes a full set of video lectures accompanied by other course materials such as syllabi, suggested readings, and problem sets.
Saylor Academy provides perfectly unified 317 courses with proven quality. They display and organize courses based on the scope and level. They also adopted about 100 open textbooks and provide them via their Bookshelf. They are well organized and easy to download.
WAMAP is a web based mathematics assessment and course management platform, primarily used for online homework. Its use is provided free to Washington State public educational institution students and instructors.

Wikimedia Commons is a media file repository that is completely dedicated to providing educational media that are released either in the public domain or under Creative Commons license.
Wikibooks may not look as fancy other open books providers but it is truly a community effort. Authors voluntarily start the book writing project, and readers can nominate them to be “featured books.”
The Washington 45 are “courses selected from within the general education categories… at a public community, technical, four-year college or university in Washington state that will be able to transfer and apply a maximum of 45 quarter credits toward general education requirement(s)
It calls itself a “Store,” but they are not a publisher. Open TextBook Store provides freely and openly available math textbooks created by Washington CTC faculty.
These textbooks have proven quality and have been already used in classes at a huge number of universities and colleges. All textbooks are completely open with no strings attached.

CK-12 is probably the biggest open content provider for K-12 STEM content. CK-12 provides standards-aligned teaching resources. Content is mapped to a variety of levels and standards, including common core.
Boundless provides a number of open course packages (47 course packages in Biology alone) in 22 discipline areas.
Each course package contains reading materials, PowerPoints, and assessments.
BCcampus has a curated collection of open textbooks that align with the 40 highest enrolled post-secondary subject areas in British Columbia.
